The biggest lever is grounding the model in your real data with retrieval (RAG) so it answers from source material instead of guessing, with citations back to the source. We also add guardrails, constrained outputs, evaluation tests, and human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes actions. No system is perfect, so we design honest fallbacks ("I'm not sure, here's who to contact") rather than confident wrong answers.

Yes. You own the source code, prompts, and configuration, and you hold your own model/API accounts so nothing is locked behind us. If you ever move on, everything comes with you.

What does it cost to run and maintain after launch?

Two parts: model/API usage (pay-as-you-go, which we optimize and monitor) and optional maintenance. Every project includes 3 months of support; after that most clients keep a light retainer for monitoring accuracy, updating prompts and data sources, and adopting newer models as they ship.
