Accepted Answer

Anything repetitive and rules-based: moving data between apps, sending follow-ups, generating documents and invoices, syncing your CRM and accounting, onboarding customers, routing leads, updating spreadsheets, and internal approvals. If your team does the same clicks over and over, it can probably be automated.

Do you use tools like Zapier and Make, or custom code?

Whatever fits. For straightforward connections we use no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) because they are fast and cheap to run. For complex logic, high volume, or anything those tools can't handle, we write custom integrations. Often it's a hybrid — we recommend the mix that is cheapest to run and easiest for you to own.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

Almost always. We integrate with common CRMs, accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero), email and calendars, payment processors like Stripe, spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, and industry-specific tools. If a system has an API — and most do — we can connect it; if it doesn't, we'll find a reliable workaround.

If an off-the-shelf product covers your process well, buy it — we'll tell you when that's the better call.
